Apprentice draughtsman, fast tracked to a junior position with greater responsibility. Worked on many projects such as Retail Malls, Bonds Norwich and Wayland Prison. Joined the company just as CAD systems were becoming more widespread. Assisted with the move from paper to digital systems.
